Financial Services Company

For more than five years, this leading global financial services firm with $50 billion in assets under management led the industry in Web-enabled private banking services. However, the rapid growth of online brokerages had erased the firm's competitive advantage and threatened to siphon off its customer base of high net-worth individuals.

To regain its lead in private banking, DeepBridge's client sought to replace its existing database with a system flexible enough for immediate use in the firm's offices around the world with only minor implementation and maintenance issues.

DeepBridge worked closely with its client to develop a strategy targeted toward boutique financial services firms that served a high net-worth customer base. In exchange for offering a robust new range of technology-enabled private banking services through select boutique firms, DeepBridge's client acquired the asset management for the boutique firms' high net-worth customers an approach called 'white labeling.'

To keep costs down, it was critical for DeepBridge's client to leverage its existing data warehouse for storing, organizing and distributing information to the Internet. DeepBridge designed a modular content management platform that preserved legacy databases while adding functionality for a whole range of new private banking services.

The platform not only allows private banking customers to retrieve personalized research and investment information, it also allows DeepBridge's client to wrap marketing related content around each transaction. DeepBridge continues to implement the platform in its client's offices worldwide.

Enhanced, personalized service to build customer loyalty in an extremely competitive market.
